Citrus & Clay x Happy Goods Christmas Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The giveaway is organised by Citrus & Clay Interiors (“the Promoter”) in collaboration with Happy Goods. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over.

Employees of Citrus & Clay or Happy Goods, or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on the date the promotional post is published on Instagram and closes on Sunday 7th December at 12:00pm GMT. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Follow @citrusandclayinteriors and @happygoods_official on Instagram

Like the giveaway post

Tag at least one friend in the comments (one tag = one entry; multiple tags allowed)

Share the post to Instagram Stories for an additional bonus entry (optional)

No purchase is necessary. Internet access and an Instagram account are required.

5. Prize
One winner will receive:

Citrus & Clay Lustra Wave Vase

Happy Goods A2 “Everyday is a Fresh Start” wall art print

No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @citrusandclayinteriors account on Monday 8th December.

The winner must respond within 48 hours. If no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The winner may be asked to provide their name and address for prize delivery.

7. Fraudulent or Invalid Entries

Entries made using bots, fake accounts, or other automated systems will be disqualified.

The Promoter reserves the right to remove or refuse entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Delivery of Prize
Prizes will be shipped to a valid UK address provided by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, postal issues, or lost parcels once dispatched.

9. Data Protection
Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize fulfilment. Data will be handled in accordance with relevant UK data protection legislation.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

Entries not received due to technical faults, network issues, or user error

Any damage, loss or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
