We will get back to you as soon as we can.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs of your purchase. Orders received over a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. If there are ever delays, we will contact you via email to let you know.

We ship your orders via Royal Mail 48hr with Signature. For more infomation please refer to our full Shipping Policy.

We hope you're over the moon with your C&C purchase, but if you’d like to return an item, please email us at orders@citrusandclay.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

We're so sorry to hear your item arrived broken. Please be assured we do all we can to avoid these things from happening! In this event, please email us at orders@citrusandclay.com within 24hrs of receiving your parcel.

Please include your order no. with a few clear photos of the parcel as it was received and the damaged item, along with a brief description of the issue. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible to sort things out. Kindly refrain from attempting to repair the item yourself or through a third party, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund, replacement, or reimbursement.

At the moment, we only ship within the UK as we’re a small independent business, growing our operations. Handling international orders requires additional resources to ensure everything arrives safely and sustainably but it’s something we’re actively working towards! We can’t wait to share Citrus & Clay with our international customers soon.
